At the center of this novel is a Person of the utmost importance. His Name is kept a mystery throughout most of the novel due to the danger to those who might speak His Name in the story.

He is known simply as the Redeemer.

While the events of this book are fictional, the premise of the book is not.   In fact, everything in this novel is something that could happen, has happened, or I believe might happen. But at the heart of this story is the Greatest Story ever told. If you read my book and miss the Redeemer's Story, you will have missed the purpose of this novel.

There is an all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-loving Sovereign who rules the universe with justice and love. He created us free so that we could experience genuine freedom - the ability to know, love and obey our Creator, or the freedom to deny His existence and live life our own way. The world is full of 'religions' and 'deities' - organizations created by men and gods fashioned after how men would like God to be. But the One True God is different from all the others - He is a God who wants not 'religion' but a RELATIONSHIP with us.   The Book of Books, the Bible, teaches that all men, women and children have misused their freedom and have fallen short of God's perfect standard and therefore will one day have to stand before the Sovereign in judgment. No one is good enough to win or earn God's favor or forgiveness.   But God sent a Redeemer to win God's forgiveness for us. Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, came to this earth and lived the perfect life that we could not. He was then betrayed and killed for sins he did not commit.   The death he died, he died for us. And then to prove his power over death itself, He rose again three days later and was seen by hundreds of witnesses. Many have tried to discredit the Story of the Redeemer for centuries, and many attempts have been made to wipe out the Bible and the Christian Faith, but Truth cannot be destroyed and will survive any attack, even when it must go into hiding.   Anyone willing, like Brent, to question and seek Truth will find it, for the Sovereign delights in showing himself to those who earnestly and honestly seek him. If you do not yet know the Redeemer, Jesus Christ, as your personal Savior and Friend, I invite you today to seek the Sovereign, and you will find him. His Word says that 'Today is the day of Salvation' and 'anyone who would call upon His name will be saved'.

Seek the Sovereign and you will find Him!
